Rank Structure

Private: Is a new member to the community.
Duties are but not limited to:
• Attending game nights, social nights, and workshops.
• Learn the server and converse with members.
• Game and have fun.
To rank up need to attend one game night, social night, or workshop.

Corporal: This is a rank to help show Privates around the server as well game with new members.
Duties are but not limited to:
• Show new members around.
• Mentor new members and help with Sergeants.
• Fill in game night, and social nights.
To rank up need to 2 game nights, social nights, or workshops.

Sergeant: This is the rank for training to get to staff.
Duties are but not limited to:
• Attend game nights, social might, and workshops.
• Learning how to host events.
To rank up need host 1 Game night and attend 1 social event.

Master Sergeant: This is the first rank of staff.
Duties are but not limited to:
• Helping lower members learn about staff.
• Recruit in new possible members.
• Learn how to do fluffs.
• Help contribute or find people to host events.
• Help with Lieutenants and fluffs if asked.
To rank up need to host 2 events, and 1 recruit. 

Lieutenant: This rank is to help out Captains.
Duties are but not limited to:
• Attend game nights, social nights, and workshops.
• Monitor MSG’s and make sure events are getting filled and be there to help Captain if need be.
• Do fluffs on nonactive members.
To rank up need to host 2 events and 2 recruits.

Captain: This rank is to assist the Major.
Duties are but not limited to:
• Attend game nights, social nights, and workshops.
• Monitor LT’s and make sure fluffs are done correctly and accordingly.
• Double check fluffs and send to Major’s.
To rank up need 3 events and 2 recruits.

Major: This Rank is the 2nd in command and is tutored by the General
Duties are but not limited to:
• Monitor all Squad Staff.
• Make sure members are okay and handle situations if need be.
• Look over fluff list and send to Gen.
To rank up need 3 events and 3 recruits.

General: This rank is the person in charge of a single squad.
Duties are but not limited to:
• Monitoring the squad.
• Making sure events are being hosted.
• Remove people from fluff list.
To rank up need 4 events and 3 recruits.

Section Chief: This rank is the person in charge of a single squad.
Duties are but not limited to:
• Monitoring the squad.
• Making sure events are being hosted.
• Remove people from fluff list.
To rank up need 4 events and 3 recruits.

Section Leader: This rank is for monitoring Section Chief’s and training.
Duties are but not limited to:
• Monitor squads and making sure duties of Gen’s are doing there jobs.
• Promoting Gen’s as well demoting them.
• Train to become Co division leader.
To rank up need 3 events, 2 recruits, and been in ALO for 15 weeks.

Co Division Leader: This rank is over seeing section leaders and Division leader in training
Duties are but not limited to:
• Monitor Section leaders.
• Assist with Division leader with any tasks.
• Help with activity checks on staff members.
To rank up 3 events, 3 recruits, and been in ALO for 16 weeks.

Division Leader: This rank is in charge of the division.
Duties are but not limited to:
• In charge of one division at a time.
• Promoting and demoting with in the division.
• Deal with roles and monitoring all events.
To rank up need to be voted on by BOD and up.

This rank is an assisting rank.
• it is for helping the divisions/squads while being watched by the Chief Of Staff-President for reviewing crucial aspects as an individual and looking for placement of a Board Of Directors Title.
• There is no Time Requirement but upon that review you will be tasked with extra work in different areas for placement.
To rank up need to be voted on by BOD and up.

This rank is a clan leadership rank inside of the Board of Directors.
• This rank runs 2 specific teams regarding the safety of the community and its people as well as outreaching, Court Team and HR.
• The Leader who attains this rank must remain unbiased at all times pertaining to individual cases with strikes, Membership Revokes and Do Not Hires, hear out the team members of each team and coordinate a plan with them to move forward.

This rank is a clan leadership rank inside of the Board of Directors.
• This rank is the primary logistic oversight over clan operations which is to ensure activity and performance is running smoothly daily meaning help division/squad leadership, watching over members to see if they are ok, provide team bonding as well as provide insight to or from Board of directors meeting pertaining to clan ops to or from the lower ranks.
• The Leader who attains this rank must be willing to work in small groups, get to know new people because this rank is the face of the community, know the ins and outs of clan operations as well as set goals for their team and help them reach it small steps at a time.

This rank is an administrative leadership rank inside of the Board of Directors.
• This rank runs a team called WebOps(web operations), this team is primarily for fixing/altering/updating the ALO server’s/website for functionality.
• The Leader who attains this rank must be willing to work in small groups, give out tasks and lookout for errors, while helping finish the overall goal for said projects, teach newcomers that are willing to learn, as well as lookout for better possibilities for functionality, as well as create ideas for new projects.

This rank is a social media manager rank inside of the Board of Directors
• This rank runs a team called Social Media to lookout for the hottest gaming newsletters, create innovative topics, make in house posting, as well as provide the forefront for those looking to join a gaming community.
• The Leader who attains this rank must be willing to work in small groups, help their team with creative topics for our site news articles as well as X, lookout for better opportunities, as well as create ideas for new projects.

This rank is a management rank within the Board of Directors specifically for newer departments that do not have a board member leading their own team inside of the Board of Directors, this position is still able to make plans for projects for a board leader in line for other departments but is not required to as that board leader may have bigger plans.The Chief of Department Operations can take over any department that is not ran by a board member at a critical time such as that leader being on (LOA).
• This rank is to come up with new goals relatively between a weekly to monthly scale upon the need for that department, as well as direct that department towards stunted growth.
• The Leader who attains this rank must be willing to work with the team leaders of each perspective department weekly to biweekly to keep the flow of projects/activity going, lookout for new members hobbies and lead them towards a departments leader to join a department.

This rank is solely in charge of the Board of Directors
• This rank runs meetings weekly to create an agenda for their board members but not the board members team’s, leaving the planning between the board member and their team. The Chief of Staff is able to assist a board member at any time to help with the startup of their project and take part with the rest of the team of that board member to complete projects. The Chief of Staff is allowed to take over a department for a board member at a critical time such as (LOA) or any department under the CODO.
• The Leader who attains this rank must remain unbiased at all times as they have to take sides on ideas and wishes, provide feedback on them and modify ideas if need be to meet the standard of the community, coordinate plans for projects to keep board members doing the same amount of effort for the community as clan ops, they are able to take over the duties of the Board and all before that rank.

This rank is an assisting rank to the president.
• The Leader who attains this rank is exceptional in most aspects if not all aspects of the community, has the knowledge to help in most if not all cases, the VP ensures the community is running efficiently while/without the president being around.
• The Leader who attains this rank must have knowledge about how most parts of the community works and have the ability to run them, they are able to take over the duties of the COS and all before that rank.
